Sharon Nugent I came to the Bristol with a negative bias. It had all the amenities I was looking for but I really didn't want to live in the Galleria area. The traffic is insane. However, when I discovered that I can get home to the Bristol without using Westheimer, Post Oak or San Felipe I agreed to come take a look at it. It seemed like a wonderful place, but still in the Galleria. When the ease of travel to and from the Bristol became apparent, I felt that I had found the best of all worlds, a truly unusual location. I can get anywhere in this city from the Bristol in about 15 minutes because of the confluence of freeways close by. I feel that I get more for my money than I did buying a home in other buildings. The homes at the Bristol have been modernized, repainted and have new appliances as part of the conversion. I didn't have to buy someone else's environment: their wall colors, their old appliances, their smudges on the walls! It was all done for me before I moved in. I am now thrilled to be at the crossroads of the city on my terms.
